    Upgrading torque converter

    Has anyone upgraded their torque converter from stock. Looking for a little performance gain on a mostly stock 300srt8. Just cai, cat back and tuner. Looking at FTI. Anyone use one? Other recommendations?

    what stall you looking to get?

    Yep thats what i run....on motor i didn't notice a huge gain.. but it is also a nitrous convertor and i do run nitrous and it really shines there...

    For what it's worth a stock converter from a V6 NAG1 or a Jeep SRT 6.1 have a higher stall than a 5.7 or 6.1 NAG1 converter
    out of a car. General reports are in the 3,000 or slightly higher stall range.
    2005 Chrysler 300C 5.7 SBE, ported big valved heads, 784ac lifters, SRT 6.1 intake manifold, SRT shorties, custom grind Billy Drakeford cam, SLP LM1, MTCM and GETRAG 3.06 swap.
