    Viper buttons

Has anyone installed viper cruise control buttons in 2014 or older challenger. In place of the blank slots. I know you can do it on the charger but what about the challenger.

I’d imagine that they would be the same in terms of install and initialization.

    Viper buttons

You would think that but apparently it’s not. Z- automotive says no it won’t work . We’ll see? I have buttons just waiting till spring. No can do on remapping. Same install procedure.

Umm, weird. I've had the Viper button in my 2013 Charger for over two years and they work just fine. Z Auto helped map the buttons for me.

EDIT: I just saw where you said CHALLENGER... I'm with Z on this, I don't think it will work, as the 11-14 Challenger didn't come with adaptive cruise control. I bought my switch before I knew it would work, you could try and do the same and see if you can pick up a signal after they've been installed.

If they don't work, sell the switch to a Charger owner.
