The manual for a 2019 Charger HC, likely the same as Challenger and likely has not changed at all since Hellcats first came out, lists the end link to bar nuts at 100 foot pounds, the end link to the strut at 111 foot pounds, and the bar to the crossmember bolts at 48 foot pounds.
