    3.06 getrag to 3.73 (installed)

After all this time contemplating what kind of mod I wanted to do (cam or gears) for my Charger 392 superbee , I finally decided to go with the 3.73 differential getrag upgrade. Their is a break-in period I was suggested to do so can’t give any real feedback as of yet. Did some expressway driving and tested the rpms to see where I am in that department, lol. I will let you know real feedback after break-in period.

What I have noticed is car shifts through gears pretty quick, doesn’t stay in first long and when cruising I seem to always anticipate another gear change (5 gear). None of this is a negative for me. Car revs higher and quicker and sounds better with the higher revs. Just can’t stomp it like I want , lol.

Thanks for the report. At 60 now Im turning about 1900-2000. The RPMs you reported are totally reasonable to me. 2600 at 70 is fine!

Got it in at work today. Wow doesnt come close. Havent stomped on yet too hard. Kind of making sure all is ok. Used rear end anyway. My rpms at 60 are at 2400.
Once on the way home gave it 1/3 throttle at best-man did it move!

That’s great. It will be a fun mod for sure.
