I talked to jimmy and he said they all have there problems. The gassed are to hot for them not to fail. The crap that gets in there is inevitable So as long as your good with that buy them. I’m only using mine for racing so I hope to get a while out of them.

Let me again say that the top reason cutouts fail is people open/close them at higher RPMs, as long as you only open/close them at idle or even better with motor off the motors will last a whole lot longer

Mine have been in since 2015 and I am still on the same set of motors, I also bought the metal block off plates so if I ever have a trouble with state inspection I can unbolt the cutouts and bolt on the solid plates. Have never used them but good to know the option is there if needed.

So another $90 you get two remotes. So grand total $410
Trust me, you will be happy with the remote kit over the rocker switch, I ran the rocker for like 3 years before I found out the remote is a one touch open/close

Others have said they programmed the remotes to their homelink but I could never get mine to work that way

Just to give ideas, this is how I have my switches set up. Had the switches swapped around when I ordered it. The top 2 are left and right cutouts. The red button is a push to start/push to keep running, and the bottom right is traction control cut off, wired to a relay so if the light is on tc is off.. Could have had them custom silk screen for like another 100 but ehh.

I had mounted my rocker switch on the front of the shifter bezel, now that I have the wireless it just sits there out of the way unused

How about where did you mount your Cut-outs? Muffler shop just called me stating " I have no room". Went by to see if I could help and I can see why he's saying that but idk. He wanted me to mount them back near the mufflers for room and uh f that. I want to hear my cam right after the header

Here's a blurry image of mine when they were installed. I have actual turndowns on them now instead of the visors in the image.

I guess My mids being the flowtechs which I think are 3" appears to be issue. He mentioned "you already scrape some here" which was barely to be honest. I want it exactly like that or crushed pipe dumped in front of rear tires
