    Also four knobs on the console for air is auto, 3 is manual.

    I do HVAC for a living Just because it’s in a car the principles are the same the pressures do not lie your evap cool is 40 degrees you have blend door issues them being stuck or the control being messed up that is the issue.

    This is beating a dead horse.

    Haven't I seen a lot of threads around the net about the blend doors failing on these cars?

    I know the recirc door was designed by a drunk chimp with his finger in a light socket.

    They can check and reset the blend doors with the DRB. Sometimes they get uncalibrated and they need to be reset.

    If you have a cabin air filter make sure it's clean. This will affect airflow at the evap.

    That’s possible, but he would get cold air (albeit slow moving air) until the evaporator iced up.
