    TSB 08-003-19 Rev. B

I'm trying to determine if the UConnect system needs to be updated in my 2019 Charger per TSB 08-003-19 Rev. B. This is a dealer only download of UConnect software so I would have to schedule an appointment with a dealer which I'm trying to avoid. I am experiencing one of the issues listed in the TSB but don't want to waste a day at a dealership for a software flash that I may or may not need.

The version in the TSB says it will update the radio to 1848.24.

How can I grab the current version of the radio?

I'm assuming there is a hidden test/dealer mode where I can check the version.

    Thanks.

Key-On-Run-No Start. Press the Drivers Side Up/Down Temp & the Defrost button all at the same time to get in Dealer Mode.

    Thanks.
Looks like I'm at 18.33.24 so I need the update to bring me to at least 18.48.24

    Now, my next question...
I know it's a long shot but can anyone with a DealerConnect account download this update and share it with me?

It's for a 2019 Charger Scat Pack (I can provide the VIN if needed)

Go to: DealerConnect>Service>UConnect Command Center>UConnect>More Information>Dealer Software Downloads
Select the radio button for "Windows" and use the "Click Here" link to download using your browser.
It's the same update procedure I use to do for my 2013; Download, extract files to flash drive and update.
I don't know why they put it behind a dealer only wall.
I really hate waiting over an hour and have someone I don't trust drive my car at a dealership for a 15 minute update with a flash drive.
    Thanks.

Just have to use one of the failure code CCs listed in the TSB.

Besides, I use to do this exact same thing with my 2013 and it was free.
The screenshots of the update procedure even look identical.

People like my dad is why. I did all the work downloading an update and putting it on a thumb drive for his Fusion. Then he manages to bump the drive out of the port while it was working. Needless to say, he had to take it to the dealer to unbrick it.

No one with a DealerConnect login want to help a fellow Mopar owner out with a simple download?
