    ChallyTatum,

Thanks for creating a repository of chassis codes. I thought I read on your CT thread that you are no able to fully disable ESC/TSC by holding down the traction control
    button. Is this correct?

Was this accomplished through adding performance control and adjust to the correct chassis #?

Im following closely as I have a ‘16 Charger R/T (non STP) and would like to add the full ESC off functionality.

Holding down the TC button disables stability...I showed the difference in my CT thread. Before I would just get Sport mode TC deactivation which would let me do burnout but after enabling STP I can not turn off stability so I no longer have to fight it when I do donuts. Before with Tazer holding the button down would disable everything including ABS and would require a restart to enable it. Turning off stability is enough to allow you to do any crazy driving without sacrificing ABS.

Good to know! So, changing the chassis code is needed just for activating launch control, correct?

Yes, the chassis number is needed to get the EVIC to display the instructions when launch control is activated from performance control menu. Without the right chassis number, when you activate launch the EVIC does not display anything and hence launch will not activate.

I thought the free version allows the BCM to be logged, you just can't run the active diagnostics and config change? IMO anyone with an FCA vehicle that does their own work should invest in the software and obdlink MX dongle. It can do so much...read codes that only professional scan tools can read (i.e. ABS, HVAC...ect). It can also do some pretty cool stuff like enable launch control, change odometer mileage (handy if you ever need to replace the cluster) and much more. Oh and you should not need a bypass cable...I read my buddy's 2018 Challenger BCM without one.

Free version worked for me until I was ready to buy the full version and turn on my PP's. Did multiple reads of more than just my car.
