Unfortunately at 197.7k and significant hail damage all over the vehicle, I dont think it would be worth doi g major work to it. The tick goes away after about 10 seconds after start anyways, so it's not to annoying.
I'm keeping my eyes open for an 08 R/T or SRT8 with under 100k. Keep this one for parts. (I love it to much)
It means to have the manifold machined to ensure the mating surface is square and flat. Any deviations can lead to a leak.
