    Dejuan71,
Thanks for the post. As I explained to you, having a car completely catless will add a considerable amount of noise. There is no way around that. You MUST let the kit break in. As I explained to you, sound waves are bouncing off of the new stainless steel inside the pipes. Once carbon builds up and the sound waves bounce off that, it will quiet. Also, after that break in period, which is 500-1000 miles, you can adjust the J pipes. You have drone at a different frequency then we set the J pipes for because you have no cats and headers, along with other mods. Once break in is complete, the J pipes can be adjusted to tune out different frequencies of drone. It will take some playing with, but that's the point of making them adjustable. I hope this makes sense. Before posting a day 2 review, please follow the advice I gave you for your custom setup. The inside of the muffler is a true X pipe with 4 chambers of packing built around the X pipe. It's a special design that our engineers worked on for a long time. Thanks again for your supper and keep us in the loop. I'll be happy to help you adjust the J pipes when the time comes. Thanks

You're absolutely right, but I have a 6.4L and still have HF cats in there. Those both make a huge difference.

I run this setup on a stroked 5.7, bur i have 6.1 mid pipes. (IMO gutting the cats isn't worth much, so I didn't.
High flow cats were also quiet).

I had to move the J pipe adjustment about 3/4", but now have no issues with drone. With MPTCM locking the converter in 2nd and above, it will rattle a bit at low RPM/high load. Not enough flow in the pipes for 1500 RPM. Doesn't happen often and only in lower gears at low RPM and high load. Switch to the stock TCM, and no problem at all.

Mine also rattles when I get to about 3k rpm. Thought about welding the clamps that's before the muffler. It's gotten a little bit better but @2k it's still loud above and under that sounds great.

Some other things to check as well, because rattles can be from so
many things and are difficult to pinpoint:

    1. Loose heat shield bolts causing shield to vibrate and rattle
    2. Check pipe clearances to body

Thanks for the reviews and the support!
