    300C 6.1 + Procharger F1A-94 full boost

    help me with the situation:
forged 6.1 hemi, camshaft crower 118lsa, procharger F1A-94, fore dual pump, id1050, comp ratio 9.3, 93 ron, the maximum temperature at the inlet 120F, 70K rpm blower, belt does not slip, retard - <1, result - 690WHP/860nm
automatic transmission upgrated, the torque Converter precision, I knew that 1000 does not surpass, but it is not enough in my opinion. Procharger promised me 800 on wheels. What am I doing wrong?

You need to have it dyno tuned. Each engine runs a tad different, you have elevation and other weather factors to consider too. Procharger's "canned tune" isn't gonna cut it, IMHO.

I'm taking my car to the builders this morning, similar set up except I'm getting a forged 426 engine, custom cam and ID1300X injectors.

We're only shooting for 850 at the wheels on pump gas but if I go with e85 or race gas, I can exceed 1100HP.

    Does seems low on power.
Hard to tell on my phone but it looks a little lean.

Procharger will not supply anything above a tune for a complete stock engine. Remote tuning works well OP if you can foind someone brent with dtp is a good source or Johan diablotoona… but I agree swwms down on power... I assume you have 93 over there

Why don't the HP/TQ curves cross at 5252 rpm ? more important.. why don't the HP/TQ curves on the OP's dyno sheet not cross at all ?

My guess is that it auto scaled the two differently.

What is the altitude where you are, and are you running the standard pulleys? If you're high enough, you'll need to swap pulleys and spin the blower faster for the same power as you'd make at lower altitudes.

Hope you get it figured out!

    wink

No, ati super damper 6.7" and 3.2" pulley sc, new bar-and-plate intercooler 24*12*4 inch's, boost 16PSI, max air temp(ACT) 100F, actual spk 15 deg.
Result low, 60-130 mph ~7.2 sec, I don't know where else to take the power, smaller the pulley do not deliver, now the compressor speed 70K. Shame(

What’s the exhaust like? Blowers want large exhaust.
Are you saying your not seeing boost increase with a smaller pulley?

I was running an ATI Super Damper, 17% overdrive on my 6.1. It was 7.53" IIRC. The new Innovators West damper is even larger. But the ATI made a big difference in boost. If your belt isn't slipping and the bypass valve isn't bleeding boost, I don't know where it's going. But I'd say with that setup you should be closer to 800 HP.

    ATI on the left.

Hope you get it figured out...

    wink

exhaust from American Racing Headers, in fact - straight pipes) . Mean change pulleys it is impossible, I spoke with the technical support of procharger, it's highly recommended that exceed the maximum possible compressor speed. Have comrade on F1D burst impeller. Another problem - we do not sell E85, only 93RON, to compensate for almost all install methanol injection

I was just hoping to get 800 whp, otherwise I would have chosen big turbo
