That will cause a no crank?

Probably. Injectors need a certain pressure to function properly and in open loop (starting), the computer has no feed back from the O2 sensors so pressure insures adequate flow from the injectors.

So without the fuel getting up to pressure, that wouldn’t let the car crank/turn over at all?

I can see that causing a no start, But not a no crank.

As a last ditch attemot you can get a whole new wiring harness that hasnt been soldered together. I know it's a lot of work if that doesn't solve it but could be worth it if it does.

How do you know that you soldered the wires to the correct terminals since you didn't have any schematic at the time of doing so? Perhaps you need to check those out again. If those wires corroded, manipulation of that plug, as well as the others, could have caused other wires to break.

Check to see if the recall has been done to replace the WIN. If it is faulty, the car will not turn over when you turn the key - been there, done that! The recall was actually due to a possibility (I think) that the key could possibly fall out of the ignition; however, I'm not the only one who has had a faulty WIN - there is even a guy on You Tube that repairs them for no start conditions. If the recall hasn't been done, that's a no cost way (other than tow to dealer) to confirm that is (or isn't the issue).
