I'm getting my 300SRT8 engine rebuilt after over 300,000 miles & I order the rods and pistons from Modern Muscle Extreme. The process & service are exceptional , I receive the parts two days later & take them to the machine shop. I later get a call saying that 2 different part number bearings were shipped. I get back in touch with MME, explain the issue & without hesitation the correct bearings are shipped to me.
Everyone makes mistakes but what separates the great from the rest is how the mistake gets handled, MME really came through big time.
